Thousand Islands Rescue's Fleet

Thousand Islands Rescue currently runs two McCoy Miller Type III ambulances and one Wheeled Coach Type I ambulance equipped for advanced life support and a fully-equipped (Paramedic level) Fly Car which lets a single paramedic assist neighboring departments' calls for Paramedic/ALS assistance while still leaving a full ALS ambulance crew in service. Our EMS Support Unit is equipped for handling mass casualty incidents and firefighter rehabilitation.  We also have an ATV and ATV/snowmobile rescue trailer designed for use reaching patients in rough terrain, and our three-unit TIERS EMS Bike Team that functions in crowded events such as street festivals and fairs.
